STEP 4: Developing
a) Put the whole pack of powder and one litre of water into a tray,agitate the tray till the powder is dissolved
b) Immerse the board completely
c) Agitate the board or the tray until the circuit is clear otherwise bare copper foil
d) Brush the board if necessary needed
e) Dry the board
f) Finish
